I love these anecdotes for two reasons: 1) it’s great to see the effectiveness of the protocols for some folks. 2) it suggests we should do more to standardize and quantify “stability” - which is a kind of nebulous concept today. We can see an inability to balance or hold or move smoothly through some positions, but those are all qualitative notions. @SquatUniversity or others - any notions on how to quantify this concept directly rather than inferring it from movement quality?

I started doing those hip mobility exercises like a month ago. My hips are weak and they will have your glutes on fire but you won’t be stiff.

Love these hip ‘stability’ exercises/drills…
I’m in my 50’s & have the same left hip instability issues. These help greatly. I need to get back to doing single-leg squats on stacked plates.
