Boho Beautiful is hands down the best yin yoga you can find on YouTube, period. Buuut goodness she does not stop talking! Even this one, where she said she'd give us silence, she kept going for a while before finally falling silent. It made it very hard for me to focus, so I was a little stressed until about halfway through.

That being said, I'll still keep coming back because, like I said, she has the absolute BEST yin yoga videos! What a great assortment, a wide range of interesting poses, great body part focuses, etc. Magical.

This is the second time I abruptly started crying from one of your videos. I realized that the pain I felt was not from straining myself but from recalling the memories in my childhood. Nurture and mending was not a part of my family unit, growing up so I feel really grateful for this space to heal and mend so deeply.Thank you <3

This practice was exactly what I needed after an emotional, heavy Sunday. I must admit to have cried at the last Yin pose. I guess this is what they mean with "releasing emotional tension in your hips". Thank you, Juliana!

I'm 68, all 3 types of scoliosis, but have done stretches and yoga for many years. My stretch recommend yin yoga and your practice is all I do. Thank you for your soothing voice and dedication to helping others through yoga.

In the middle of this practice I found myself crying, all of the sudden. I think I've been pushing myself too hard, I realized my mind and body was asking me to surrender, to take it slow, to give up a little, to prioritize kindness and awareness before relative physical improvement. Thank you for this sequence, I’m currently studying the 200ytt and I’m amazed at how stiff my body is, after having 3 big babies I didn’t realise how much tension and emotional stress I’ve held onto for years. This sequence helped me to let go of so much emotional stress, I cried doing the fire log, I have been waiting for these emotions to surface and it’s a great relief although rather tiring. Thank you so much for your gentle energy and your healing work. 💕💞

I think this is one of my favorite yin classes. I loved the postures that helped me releasing the tension and I've also appreciated a lot the meditative part, so holding the postures in silent, just listening to the relaxing music and our breath. I send you all my love🙏🏻💛
