loved this. just what i needed for my low back. my lower back, my shoulders, and my solar plexus have been such a blocking point for me lately. this released some of that tensions there at the root/sacral. thank u

Inauguration Day 2021, and this was a gift for my lower back!
I thought that I was subscribed, but I was not. I am now!
I really noticed an imbalance whilst in shoelace, so I know that I need to focus on balancing the strength and stretch in my hips and hamstrings.
