I struggled with the keto diet too much, I just felt exhausted. We're supposed to enjoy the food we eat and with keto that's close to impossible. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it works great.

I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. NextLevelDeit proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

mate, I've lost 8kg in 6 weeks but I think I was starting to get to scientific about it and have plateaued. I've got back into it and lost another 1.5 kg this week just gone but I wish I stumbled on this video before I started thinking too much. Great recipes here but also (especially as a beginner) just reminds me to keep it simple. Good simple fresh food. Right. 10 KG down only 30 to go! :(

Breakfast (high fat, moderate protein, no carbs)
Bacon
Whole eggs
Spinach


Lunch (moderate fat, moderate protein, low carbs)
Chicken
Vegetables
Avocado


Dinner (High fat, moderate protein, low carbs)
Minced meat
Vegetables


If you are bulking, add one more meal
Snack 1 (Moderate fat, high protein, low carbs)
Canned tuna, avocado, tomato mix salad
Nuts (Macadamia, Almond, Brazil)
