I had lost 50lbs on keto 2years ago, but after starting a relationship I gradually gained 40 of those pounds back & although I am experienced with keto, I feel like I don’t remember how I did it & I’m so glad to have found your channel!!! You are giving me direction! 😊

Ok I’m just starting keto. I need to lose upwards to 200lbs. My thyroid was at 16, but not down to 5.2.. I understand the keto diet. I just needed a simple straight forward meal plan. Thank you. I’m going to watch this video several times to get it all in. I work at night as well, so my eating times are different. I’ll figure that out too. Thank you for a great video.

Im at the point where ive cried im so frustrated. I dont understand how to portion my meals. Im eating the same exact thing every single day. Ground beef, cauliflower rice, broccoli, avocado. I know my calories are a max of 1510 and I know my macros. But I just dont know how to measure my food to place in my meal containers. Ive spent days and weeks obssessing trying to do it and I could scream. Ive done my best and I dont know what to do.

Why lean meat? Fat is good for you. It's the fat from glucose that is bad for you. By the way I have been on Keto over 4 years and have reversed my diabetes and have an A1C of 5.1. Lost 65lbs.
