Thanks for the follow-up video Aaron. Your macro calculator made so much more sense to me than others! The recipes are sound and look delish. At a 20% deficit I am about 2k calories, 30 total and 20 net carbs, 225 g protein and 110g fat.

I just made the beef and mushroom bowl - and holy cow!! That is a flavor explosion! Who knew about the chicken bouillon cube and beef?! Made the recipe exactly as directed, but added just a bit of fresh minced garlic. This is going into the dinner rotation regularly. Thanks a lot!!

Love your recipes will definitely try them I'm low carb 60g carb 60g protien & 80g fat I eat a wider variety of vegetables seeds & nuts feel its better for my microbiome. I try to stay under 1500 calories thanks for the wonderful recipes

Would it be possible to have one for men that represents 2100-ish calories and 165g-ish protein? Trying to keep the carbs in line isn’t just a question of increasing portion sizes is it?

Hey there, I, still can’t seem to wrap my mind around Keto meals. Even Mayo for example, it’s so high in calories. I just need to really dig deeper and do my research.
