At first I saw the video was 15 minutes long and I immediately thought I can't finish this. Fast forward 15 minutes later I can't believe I'm done it felt so short and your voice is so calming and you're so encouraging. I'm definitely adding this to my evening routine!

Great! I went in thinking there would be more poses but I'm really glad that it was kept simple and easy to follow. Been feeling some pain in my left hip for a couple days and it feels much better after this video! :)

Great short and slow hip therapy for me. My left hip is my problem, gets out of line so ending with left is good for me. Love your series!

Maybe it should be mentioned that this is a Yin style practice in which poses will be held for a few minutes...

I can't really understand the first stretch
Its uncoftable for me to pull down with the ankle on my left knee and my shoulders get tense when I do so

I pretty much never comment on YouTube videos. My hips (and as a result my lower back) felt so tight and painful this AM. I did your video and...as I was holding the stretches kind of thought “I’m just not feeling it like I think I should be”...then I stood up after it was done...holy release Batman! So good! Thank you!

I just did this & feel really good:) it was really relaxing. My left hip as been really sore, always gets like that after a workout etc Will these kind of stretches & yoga moves help ease the pain a bit?
