Well doing a variety of ab exercises will definitely help but don't forget - the best way to get a flat stomach is to eat clean, stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep and get in your cardio! I just had to note that one of the reasons I keep coming back to this video is how truly core centered these moves are. I feel like they easily allow you to be mindful and engage your girdle muscles and not over compensate with your hip flexors and thighs. Thank you for such a great workout to tac on to the end of your arms and back routines!

OMG that was a great ab workout! I live in New York and, as you know, New York has been the hardest hit with the COVID-19 virus. Been staying at home since March 17th. Just go out for groceries and a walk when it’s nice out. Your workouts are uplifting to me in these very hard times we’re living in. Thank you so much Heather!

Yay!!! Done with my cardio workout. Now, I'm on my yoga!!! 😊👏👍💪🧘‍♀️😊
1) Done with Toned arms&shoulder (2x times) session.
2) Done with Legs&Butt Burner (2x times) session.
3) Done with How to get 6 packs(abs) session.

It would be great if you can do a workout video for lower abs. Just focusing on the lower abs. 😊

Love this video. I have been doing it at the end of my workouts really since COVID. Not sure how anyone could possibly give it a thumbs down. It’s great and is still challenging to do.

This is such a great core workout! Enjoyed doing 3 of your 10 minute ab workouts this morning along with 3 of your stretch routines. Great combo for a active rest kinda day.
