Sit ups- 30 seconds
15 second rest (optional) cobra form
Leg raises- 15 seconds
Flutter kicks- 30 secones
Slow bicycle- 15 seconds
Faster bicycle- 15 seconds
15 second rest (optional)cobra form
Up and down plank- 30 seconds
Crunches- 30 seconds
15 second break (optional)cobra form
Plank- 30 seconds
Side plank - 15 seconds
Side plank- 15 seconds

I’ve been going this for a while now and I’d say it works. Don’t expect it to work in one week. But don’t get mad at full-time ninja because it said it was gonna take a week working out takes dedication and if you can’t handle that then you can’t handle working out. Sorry

I was in very good shape before the virus and in quarantine I sat and played on my xbox all day. I just started doing this last week 2 times a day and my abs are already feeling stronger. Thanks dude

started yesterday, gonna give u guys updates:

day1: (did once with breaks) nothing but my stomach hurts
day2: (did once with no breaks) nothing again but my stomach has hardened
day3: had too much homework couldn't do :(
day4: did twice (both no breaks) my stomach has formed some abs i can see this going somewhere
day5: nothing has changed since day 4 which is fine
day:6 i see it!!
day7: last day, i am satisfied

I’m gonna do this everyday at 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, and 8. Even though you said to do this once everyday, I m just really insecure bout myself. My family says I’m not obese and I believe that but just really care about other peoples opinions about me.

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy
