Afternoon:
65-80 sit-ups (do more if possible)
50 heel touches
60 Russian Twists,
10 second break,
50 V-crunches
40 Crunches
15 Second Break (less if not needed)
2 Minute plank (heading towards 3 minutes)
1 Mile Jog
As many pull ups on a bar as i can.

It's been 1 week and i've gotten a 2 pack, I can't wait for the results!
