Okay, wait a mi.... First off the controlled movements and gentle jumping got me. 5 sec rest is for the win I’m finally sweatingggg without jumping a zillion times thank you ! I am so happy you made this program

Wow, I’ve never been sweating soooo much after a 20 min workout. I first was scared of the 5 sec rest in between the moves, but it actually feels really great!

I didn't thouht about shred at the end of the year, but since you have uploaded yesterdays workout and you What i eat i'm motivated to join you and end the year great ! Day 2 done plus 2 miles on the treadmill cause I was really feeling good before I started this 😅 I’m gonna go lay in a pool of my sweat now THANK YOUUU!
