I used to be more fit, and then I had a major health crisis back in June of last year, leading up to a 2 week hospitalization in September 2021, where I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. The Crohn’s actually developed a fluid around my heart, where my resting heart rate was 130, and just standing up I was getting up to 180—my doctors were worried I was going to have a heart attack, and I am only 29 years old.

I’m finally on proper meds, but I lost so much muscle mass and then the meds made me gain weight, and it’s been a real fight uphill to get any workouts in—for a while even just walking every day was a big ask. Thanks to your workouts, I’m finally at the point where I can work out a little every day again—and I am finally at a point where my heart could handle getting through this whole routine today without stopping. Thank you for being here and being encouraging, it truly helps on the rough days.

I just wanna say since I started dieting and exercising in April with u guys .Ive lost 50 pounds but, Im disappointed in myself because I started lacking for two months and gained some weight back😔 .But i started back with u guys today . So I'm hoping to quickly removed that weight I gained .Glad to be back with you two.

Just did this workout, even when it was the last thing I wanted to do. Hearing during the cooldown that we are special for working out brought tears to my eyes, it was just what I needed to hear! Thank you for these amazing videos !! 💪♥️

wow i remember when idid this workout for the first time months ago it was really hard for me i experienced throat congestion and mild chest pain, now i can do it easily and jump on another workout thank you hasfit for making me stronger
