It’s crazy how you don’t need super high energy complicated workouts to truly activate your muscles!! This is one of the best ab workouts I’ve done, and it’s enjoyable to do, plus I love this guys energy. All around this is incredible!!

Love how Brian consistently works in exercises and stretches I've never seen, and often hit overlooked muscle groups, in every one of his workout videos. Been doing pilates for years, but I'm always coming back. Plus, the great energy! I'm always impressed
