I don't normally comment on videos, but this time I really want to say that Nicole's videos are life changing. They seem hard and a little frightening at start, but after doing them on a regular basis you can feel yourself getting stronger everyday. 💪🏻 ❤️

I love that I don't have to be on my wrists the whole time. many ab workouts are hard on the wrists and this one seems to work the muscles without straining the wrists unnecessarily.

She is THE BEST ! How can this be so gentle on the joints, while being so tough; so easy to understand with her vivid coaching; but hard poses to hold? I had no idea how heavy my parts would become to maintain these simple maneuvers.

I absolutely LOVE the move when you tackle your albow with your knee in plank, I also love this same move but from 3leg dog, it makes me feel so strong when I am doing it!
