Pre breakfast
1.5 litr water overnight soaked this(cinnamon 1 inch, ginger 1 inch, kalonji 7 danay, half lemon) take this empty stomach.
Breakfast
Option 1: overnight soaked oats in milk low fat morning mein half koi bhi fruit blend karkay smoothie leni hai .
Option 2:2 egg full with vegetables with green tea ya chai ya 10 tbsp yougurt
Option 3:2 tbsp besan with 1 egg with vegetables chilla
3:00 lunch
Option 1:raw salad 🥗 with home salan 1 bowl
Option 2:raw 🥗 with 2 shami kabaab ya boiled chana ya lobia 1 cup koi 1chiz
5:00 any fruit
Dinner:
8:00
Half roti any salan with salad .
Rice is not allow this diet
10:00 ispghol 2 tbsp with water 2 glass
12:00 green tea agr jag rhy hai tu .
Note;
1) jitni marzi green tea lay
2)water. Ka istamal zada
3)half hours brisk (fast) walk
4)rice not allow
5)1 month 6 to 4 kg loss easily
6)22 month full fellow don't cheat
Mein tu wesy 1 smoothie use karti Hoon weight loss kayliya sham mein ingredients;
1) 1 cucumber
2)1 inch ginger
3)7 piece mint
4) 1 lemon
5)1 pinch zeera or cinnamon powder
Add this water and blend all ingredients
This smoothie is very help full and skin glow bhi karta hai.ayesha nasir say request hai kay is smoothie ka bary mein video mein information day .kafi time say use kar rhi hoon sab khati hoon or wazan 1 month mein 3 kg loss hota hai. 80 tha or ab 47 rha gya hai with good skin ap bhi use kry or request to ayesha nasir kay is per video banay.thanx

All diet plans are amazing but intermittent fasting with diet plan is superb, I watched ur all videos I loss my weight, every one surprised, how young u again, and after diet I became more active .
