I did 16/8 and low carb for 2 months before increasing my fast time. Lost 40 pounds this way at age 68. Reversed prediabetes. Increased energy. Age 68. Used bone broth, then longer fasts and lost another 20 pounds. My Mom, age 92 had bone broth every morning, lost 45 pounds and reversed diabetes. This works!

I have PCOS and other things and I just started intermittent fasting 2 weeks now. Let me tell you I feel so much better and my insulin is more regulated (ie cravings). I started with 12 hour now 15 hours. It's been great! Thanks for this!

It really does work. I fast once a week, but I had unintentionally been doing intermittent fasting because, I was trying to be intentional about what I was eating, in an attempt to be as healthy as possible. I lost entirely too much weight; I am now trying to regain the weight I lost.

It was the same for me, my stomach hurt all the time so I accidentally discovered fasting. Now I'm all about it! I feel so much better and it's only been a week😁

I’m trying to learn more about intermittent fasting. I usually have bulletproof coffee when I get up in the morning, but it doesn’t sustain me. You mean too Ed breaking your fast with bone broth. If I’m not exercising that day, can I start my day with bone broth? Not really trying to lose weight, but trying to get my glucose down. Thank you. Love your videos.

Myra i have diabetes i did 15 to 16 hrs of fasting and i felt like crap. I did it for 3 weeks i only lost 3 pds. I read that it's actually not good if you do it with diabetes it stresses your organs. Sucks.
