Just eat between sunrise and sunset. With 6pm as the latest for dinner. Organic, fresh, local and seasonal. Nothing that you won't find in nature. Avoid the supermarket. Go back to the source. ❤❤

What Hansa ji told is absolutely correct. Being an obese teenager, I used to follow intermittent fasting during the lockdown period for approx 5-6 months with very less exercise and I had lost 3-4 kg. But then I left intermittent fasting, I regained all the weight.

This is a major drawback of IF.

Now I'm again thinking of starting IF, not for a shorter duration but probably for lifelong.

IF is a lifestyle. It's not a thing which you can follow for some months-years then again move back to your regular lifestyle.

That's true you have to stick to it if you don't you gain weight I am doing intermittent fasting for over a year but I wasn't working out so I put on weight now I am excersizing everyday and back to fasting it does get difficult and a bit confusing how to manage evrything so plz plan according to your body and skip if it dosent suit you I wouldn't say it makes whole lot of diffence it just keeps you in calorie deficit if you do it properly that you can do by fasting for less ammount of time working out regularly and eat healthy.

simplest waste to do intermittent fasting is only eat from sunrise to sunset instead of looking at any clock while fast from sunset to next day sunrise. incase of feeling hungry during night have warm milk or warm water during 6-8hr of night sleep. do it for a week first so see the effect on your mood/body and continue for a month and review your physical and mental health again and if feel better than make it a habit to live longer. avoid junk food n eat fruits and green leafy vegs, seasonal vegs with cooking options like

That's a great advice. Do listen to your body. Great. Otherwise it is being promoted as a way that everyone should follow it irrespective. I feel there should be a video on how one should listen to one's body because not everyone is apt to do it and some signals may be 'listened' to wrongly because of previous predispositions. Some indications, some signs - some method on how to listen to your body.
