INTERMITTENT FASTING BENEFITS:
Intermittent fasting operates on the premise of granting your body a reprieve from the constant digestion of food. This approach may result in a lower overall calorie intake compared to more frequent eating patterns. Moreover, the less frequent meals associated with intermittent fasting can positively impact blood sugar levels, particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with prediabetes or type two diabetes.

Another potential effect of intermittent fasting is the initiation of autophagy, a process in which the body eliminates damaged cells during periods of reduced food digestion. Fasting was a regular practice of Muhammad's (PBUH) life, not just during Ramadan. He would fast until Maghrib every Monday and Thursday, and also on the 13, 14 and 15 of each month. This is similar to the intermittent fasting practice
