Sir she always stresses on the fact the one must be mindful of eating. If something is healthy doesn't mean you absolutely go overboard with it. Like you mentioned about ghee, she says the same. People take one food item and either put it up on a pedestal or absolutely thrash it. I have read all her books and have to say that she actually is one of the sensible dietetians left in the country. People think she trains celebrities so she lies to our faces. But i have been following her since 2007 and I can never get enough of her. She speaks the truth and she actually speaks on all aspects. Muscle gain, protien importance, how much to eat, when to eat, what to eat.

She actually mentions importance of whey protein and protein in her book " don't sit out, workout " . I have read all her books . She is genius and focus on sticking to your roots .

I'm a 19 yr old guy I was 108 kgs now I am 70 kgs I have lost all my kgs just coz of rujuta mam!! Guys don't confuse yourself rujuta mam doesn't recommend you any specific diet she just want us to stick to our roots so that we could make our own diet by our own way she don't even tell about diets also she recommend us to modify our lifestyle always remember "eat local, think global"!!

Rujuta video was for common mass people not a diet chart for a client going workout/weighloss, It makes very much sense in common for all people watching, agree with all her points

She didn't say have too much of ghee..there is video of her where she answers the question "How much ghee to consume?" She clearly says ghee should be added to a quantity where it will enhance the flavour of the food and not be overpowered by it.

I like the way she educates ppl not to see food as fat, protein n carbs..instead she advises local n homely cooked food...not even protein dabba

I small spoon of ghee I have in lunch and 1 in dinner. That's all. And I am following Rujuta since 3 years. Not because she is a celebrity nutritionist, I follow her because her Diets are Realistic and one can follow it lifelong.

You do not need to skip breakfast while doing Intermittent Fasting. I did 16:8 pattern last year.... lost 10 kgs... Skipped dinner.... because I love my breakfast! (Eggs, idli, adai dosa, paneer etc)
