3 small changes for big impact on your health

Most of us get fat by default once we start our working life, simply because we do small things wrong daily. Over time we begin to feel that sugar cravings, tiredness and restless nights are an integral part of our lives. Little do we realise that small changes can bring about a HUGE impact on our weight and wellness.

1. Eat breakfast before leaving from home. Reduces cravings later in the day.

2. Start working day with nariyal pani, sherbet or fruit. Reduces the slump, sluggishness & bloating that follows later.

3. Eat a wholesome snack - peanuts, mango, banana, mathri etc at the 4-6 pm window. Ensures a light dinner, restful sleep and clearer skin.

Afternoon snack has really helped me. I have a mix of walnuts, dates, almonds, kishmish. Keeps me full till dinner. Otherwise I would get tempted to eat some junk on the way home
