Thank you maam, i dont think anyone emphasises on parameters that are so important to life, such as mood, sugar craving, skin, hair etc for good health; measurements such as ease of sitting and standing up without support etc...hats off for being a brand ambasadoor for health and not commercials

Excellent, i always got attracted by these FAD diets, these diets actually fascinates you but honestely speaking you can't do them more than 10 days, i am a huge fan of yours and believe in sustainable weight loss
My weight is actually stuck from covid times since 2020 and now we are approaching to 2022, after watching your video i belive 1 kg per month is acheivable even i want to lose 10 kgs it can't be done in a day or two, have to be patient
