I was missing your video ma'am. Happy to have you again. Listening to you kindles positivity inside. Ma'am I didn't lose a single kg in 3 months of gym. And my job doesn't allow me to follow a routine as such. Listening to you today I learnt that body takes 3 months to understand a stimuli. I feel calm inside now. Otherwise I had almost begun to blame mango (althoughI do eat 3 a day coz it will go soon), less gym hours ( coz after office I am not left with much time) and even covid vaccine ( coz as your 2nd point states 3 years back I lost 4 kg in3 months). Long story short...I love you for helping me out in dealing with my inner uncertainties. ❤

Rujuta mam I used to be very fit before lock down but due to wfh since last 2 years, I have gained weight and stomach and hips have come out. I am trying to regulate diet and exercise but nothing is working. Earlier daily traveling and activity at office used to take care of some exercise but now that has also gone. Mind has become lethargic due to constantly staring the screen and sitting at home.
