Hi haters, Rujuta has simply adviced us to eat the foods our grandparents have eaten and lived till beyond 90 years of age. She stresses on 3 meals per day, no junk, no over eating, no packaged foods, she tells us to eat roti, rice, dal, sabzi, gud, seasonal fruits and veggies, all of which are very nutritious to the body. As opposed to white sugar, exotic imported fruits, factory made fortified oats and all those fitness fads. Maybe you've been eating what she has mentioned all your life and are still overweight, in that case, work on portion control. The foods that she's mentioned are highly balanced in all macros and there's no way that your body will not be nourished by them. Also, quit this obsession with being thin, start an obsession about how you feel! Strive to feel enriched, energetic, happy, healthy, peaceful instead!

Eat in moderation
Eat healthy than starving

I just Love the way she explains. Her diet plan has all the nutrient we human need . Yeah moderation and exercises is the key to weight loss, totally agree. Her early dinner idea is the best. We can enjoy our meals rather than to feel hunger the whole day. Patience is the key. Loose weight slowly and in a healthy way rather than loose and get back soon. Her diet plan is the best which promises not only weight loss but also provide you good amount energy when you wake up fresh next day. Thanks to her. But yeah everyone's metabolism is different, so little changes can be done in her plan temporarily to get a weight loss. To me, I m happy with what she suggest. Patience is the key.

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

She is right, all those she said are very nutritious food, those pulses are rich source in calcium, magnesium, pottassium, fibre, vitamin b group,
And dal chawal at night is best food, bcz it's light to digested, ghee improves your metabolism .
