The second someone says "their truth" I have a problem.

Why are many people not giving the clerk the the presumption of innocence until proven guilty? No one even knows what her version of this situation is.

John Grisham couldn’t of made this Murdaugh saga up-it’s so insane!

AMEN - NO MORE CAREER POLITICIANS! I believe that this is at the core of what is broken within our system. I have been saying this for YEARS.

I feel sorry for the jurors, all of them, they've done their duty and now this.

I dont think our system was designed to have Jurors now having to hire attorneys post trial. How awful! They dedicated all that time to serve our country and NOW they have to hire an attorney? Yikes!!!!

When reading the tweets, one thing that stuck out to me is the phrase "their truth". Granted, each person might have a perspective or things they did or did not witness, but there really is only one truth. The need to get to the bottom of this situation is very real and vital for the integrity of our legal system. I hope this is investigated with the need to find the truth and does not devolve into a contest for one juror's information to outweigh the information being brought forth by another juror.

The lawyer for the 2 jurors (Joe McCullough) was in the galley on most, if not every single, day of Alex Murdaugh's trial. He was the guy in the aisle seat, usually wearing a purple tie. He took notes and seemed very invested in the trial.

I think he was in court because they knew they would attempt this if AM convicted. I also would like to know how the jurors just happened to wind up with this attorney. He volunteered himself? He was recommended by AM Defense team? Sound familiar?

This case just doesn't stop. There is something very strange at work involving all aspects of this case. I've never seen anything remotely close to it, nor have I ever heard of a court clerk behaving in such a manner. The clerk writes a book, and the jurors lawyer up? This is crazy.

I ask when i saw the same judge over another case there was a different clerk.??? Is does the judge have many different clerks of court???

I think that when the judge interviewed the eggs lady that the egg lady was focused on her situation with the ex-husband coming back into her life and possibly posting stuff on facebook about her. She even said she was scared. So when the judge asked her if the clerk was talking about the case with other jurors, the egg lady probably thought he meant did the clerk talk about this ex-husband issue. She probably didn’t grasp that the judge was changing subjects to the clerk talking about the case in general with other jurors.

Imagine going broke trying to Defend yourself after being forced to be a juror…

It should be obvious that an unfair trial is an unfair trial, regardless of the verdict.

If anything good can come from this it shows all of us potential jurors how the behind the scenes decorum inside that jury room needs to be.

AM's lawyer: "Ever since he was exposed AM has admitted ..." wow. great guy. same with the kennel video. as soon as he knew they had it, he admitted it. Ever since the road side murder attempt became unbelivable he thought up a new lie. he's a straight up, great murderer.

Jurors should say very little, if anything, after a trial. Just do your job and go home.

I have to say if I had been asked if the court clerk had spoke to any of the jurors about the case, I would NOT include myself as I would think it was obvious that I was already in conversations with her. Thanks for your reviews. I really enjoy your explanations.
