As a paralegal with litigation experience I must say I have enjoyed watching Peter discuss this case. I just discovered him a few weeks ago, but I really enjoy how thorough and detailed he is. Yesterday’s live where he discussed how he would’ve proffered …. And then boom today, a profer. On point !

The search of the home was seriously embarrassing based on the agent’s testimony.

In regards to those struggling to understand how Alec could kill their own kid just because of the boat case. I submit to you Chris Watts, Anthony Todt (spelling), China Arnold, Kenisha Berry, etc. etc. etc. I am not saying he’s guilty or not guilty. Neither side has swayed me yet, but sadly, people do kill their kids for absolutely less reasons than their son putting a black mark on the family name.

This is driving me crazy. The clear connection between the day Chris Wilson & Alec had their confrontation is the same day Alec had his roadside incident. JUST LIKE the confrontation taking place at work & bank (pushing Alec for collateral) the day/days leading up to Paul & Maggie’s murders day. DUH

I fell down the rabbit hole and started listening to Murdaugh Murders Podcast! Listening to Alex's phone calls to family members from jail really shows just who AM is! What a horrible man! So manipulative and narcissistic. AM is going to be in prison for the rest of his life.

Why wasn't the house secured first so sled could search the house, letting only investigators in and keeping family out until after the search?

Why didn't they spray the sinks and tub and floors with luminol????

I am flabbergasted after the female SLED agent. It truly felt like they were walking on eggshells around him or didn’t see him as a suspect. She looked nervous/embarrassed

I really enjoy your breakdown of each day of this trial. I am Irish ☘️ and the court system here is completely different to your court systems so it’s so helpful to have you explain each day!! I don’t know where you get the time or energy to do this daily but thank you 🙏 May God bless you and your family 😊

MOTIVE: “The organism does what makes the organism successful.” - Greg Hartley

AM continued his Ponzi scheme for years without accountability. He spent his life benefitting from his family’s power, influence, and money. He knows how investigations work and how to allow for that.

I can’t say whether I think he’s guilty or not, but as far as possible motive goes, there’s more to it than money. It seemed like his world was just about to implode and he was going to literally lose everything.

AM described Paul as irresponsible, losing all kinds of things and now costing the family more money than AM had.

The multi-generational Murdaugh family legacy was about to get put through the shredder and there’s nothing more humiliating than that.

At the end, he even continued scheming by hiring someone to kill him to leave the $10M to Buster.

The organism does what makes the organism successful.

Sorry missed the live but on the replay. Been a long time subscriber and enjoy every show. Also I love the fact you and your Dad have different opinions but can agree to disagree. The country could learn a lot from you and your Dad!😊

Love how you try to keep your reviews to an hour. that makes it so much easier to listen to. But you also are very good at explaining things and keeping it impartial in what you have to say and at the same time challenging the viewers to look at things from a different angle. Keep up the good work!

As a former cop, her saying they didn't want to upset the family pissed me off.

I just can’t get over that he lied about being there at the crime scene at what appears to be just a few minutes before the murders. And I think more every day it’s suspicious he said in his initial interview that he picked up Paul’s phone and thought about doing something with it. Like what does that mean? And Maggie’s phone was taken and thrown on the side of the road. Did he want to do that to Paul’s phone too? Regardless of anything else, those 2 things make me think he was up to no good and that he knows more about what happened than he is saying. I may have missed it, but I haven’t heard an explanation from the defense for those two things. It doesn’t mean he is guilty for sure, but it is something that should be looked more into.

The detectives screwed this case by not looking for evidence in Alex`s parents house.
