Rogan, or anyone, claiming they believed they had a good marriage would hold no water with someone like me on the jury. My parents had a unhappy marriage for years before they divorced. All their friends, including a next door neighbor who was close to them, were shocked claiming they thought it was the perfect marriage. Bottom line, you have no idea what is going on beyond those doors.

Great video! I thought defense opened the door to the financial questions themselves when asking whether the witness could think of ANY reason why AM would have murdered M and P?

That isn't the part of the 1st friends testimony that opened the door. It was during the cross, not redirect. It was when the defense asked the friend if he knew any reason Alex would do this.

I think if I were a juror, I'd trust the cell phone evidence as far as establishing Alex' location, and the video on Paul's phone with his father's voice placing him at the scene... minutes before the murders...

Prosecutor brought up the gun sight and the citing it in on the back porch because it shows how the casing they retrieved from that area matched the casings round Maggie and both came from the missing gun. Proving it was a family gun used. That’s what I took from that and thought it was very well done. I also think the friends saying they knew Alex and didn’t think he would do it is HUGE but not in the same way you do. I think them saying that shows how little they did know him because of the things we know he did and which he finally got into today. Just my two pennies! If I was a juror I would be definitively be looking at him differently today. The clothes from Snapchat, his voice proving he was at the kennels the birthday video with Chris Wilson. It was a good day for prosecutors today…from my perspective.

Hi Peter and dad, replay crew here. These recaps are in the middle of the night over here (Netherlands), but really insightful. I thought that evidence about prior bad acts, the door can be opened by the defense claiming that de defendant is such a good boy that would never do this... didn't they do that when they asked if there was any reason that Alex could've done this? Because I bet this young man could also not think of any reason why the defendant would steal money from the children of his dead housekeeper. So why did that specific question not open the door to discuss wether he was good vs bad person?

Why did they ask this young man about the finances? They should ask the brothers, if anyone! The brother asked him in a jail house call if he’d consider bankruptcy….great live! Thanks for the updates
