The boating case is also tied to the firm case. Alex was inquiring about his 401k financials for boating case. Also he was trying to involve the firm in hiding his money in Maggie’s name to, protect it from boat lawsuit. Firm said no dice.

The Mozelle property and Edisto beach house were both in Maggie’s name. Acquisition of Mozelle was really shady. Maggie refused to put a mortgage on the beach house. Her estate was valued at $5M.
