This deep core controlled pilates workout challenge is beginner friendly and will help you build a strong pilates core in 14 days. It's an intense 10 minute at home pilates abs workout that will target your deep core to build a functional and stable core, and also help you get visible abs and a flat stomach. Keep your movements controlled through this workout to feel the most intense burn. I challenge you to do this for 14 days and let me know how you do in the comments down below! Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

I honestly was SO surprised at how sore my deep abs were! Don't think I've triggered those muscles before. I did the "shh" breath sound to trigger inner abs, but her note on rolling the lower back into the floor was key for me. Thanks Lilly! As a post partum mommy, this is my new obsession for abs

Beginner to pilates. This is difficult enough to just manage and I can really feel the burn. I like the short videos as a beginner. The incorporation of breathing is amazing. Thank you!

my go to workout to heal my abs after pregnancy- it really works! I love the deep abs i feel after this quick session, sometime i do it back toto back to make it a 20-30 min ab workout. Love you, Lilly!
