Waking up at 5/5;30 feels like unlocking a secret extra half of a day. It’s great! Walking around that early is not only beautiful but it’s so quiet and non-populated. NO ONE is up. It’s really something special! I’d recommend it to anyone unless you have the fear of feeling like the only person on earth

Especially when you get things done early in the morning, like exercise, walking the dog, reading the bible, prayer, cleaning, chores, then you look at the clock and it’s still only 9 am after completing so many things and it feels like you did so much already

Brought myself to go to sleep at 8 PM and wake up at 4 AM and I love it. Helps a ton with getting stuff done in the morning or simply enjoying the fresh air outside.

this feels like i'm listening to a friend i've known for so long! But you know why?! Honestly i wish i had people around me friends or family with this exact mindset, because i've been trying to FIX my lifestyle and just live life in a healthy way for over year and half! and i just started acting upon it strictly for one month now, during this process i had no one to support me so i created an imaginary friend in my mind to motivate me and help me cope with my slip-ups from time to time. today was honestly terrible i got up late i didn't learn anything about the craft i want to be good at, i watched social media content all day and felt so anxious, stressed and guilty throughout the day, it is 1:51AM right now, and i just finished watching this video, (it felt so strange at first cuz i was like is YouTube spying on me reading my mind??!😅) But i needed this in this exact moment! It's like my imaginary friend got manifested in reality (YouTube at least) thank you Tadeo for uploading it ❤ it raised my spirits a lil bit knowing that there are still people out there who don't think that waking up early, sleeping early... is weird or outdated. Looks like i found my favorite YouTuber!

It's often I don't want to deal with the next day's crap with work. And at first it sucks to "think" about. But when I do go to bed early and actually sleep to wake up earlier and get stuff done I do feel better. It's that initial feeling and how you feel like you're missing out that you have to combat.

Some nights I am a TOTAL night owl and very productive, but sometimes I need to know when I've physically exerted myself that day, and I should go to bed early
Journaling before bed is also a good habit!! Set aside 10-30 minutes!

i totally agree on just going to sleep instead of scrolling and consuming media, but you dont have to go to bed early in the day(depends on your schedule). I personally stay up pretty late, but i still work, study, follow hobbys at that time, but of course at some point i am also tired and just consume media and that point i try to pull the plug early instead of shifting my sleep back even further.
