He went on the Joe Rogan podcast. 2 and a half hours of him not being interrupted and explaining everything he talked about here more thoroughly. Very interesting podcast. Definitely recommend it.

These three hosts interrupt the guests and constantly demand dumbed down, fast sound-bite answers. Let the expert TALK Listening shows respect. Interrupting should be saved for emergencies. My lecture is over. Thank you and good night.

Also most noticeable for me was the hosts cutting off the speakers last word like some rapid fire exercise. If your broadcast is so tight that this has become commonplace, its time to step back and realize it's not the best way.

Does sleep prevent people from cutting off guests while they’re talking? If so then these interviewers need a lot of it.

My 16 year son is having some sleep issue with anxiety. I have purchased the book so that we can learn how to help him and of course us. Anything to learn more about better sleep is never a waste of time. Thank you

Matthew Walker is great as always, the interviewers are horrible, consistently interrupting him...Better watch the interviews with huberman or joe

I've read his book and I highly recommend it. Very interesting and will convince you to prioritize a full night's sleep. I hope this has an impact on western society's attitude towards sleep and quiet and work hours.

I've had mental health issues my entire life...was in a facility as a young teen and have been in and out of a couple of other psych hospitals as an adult. Years of therapy as well.
I think the #1 issues I've had over the years is 100% my lack of sleep.
Took me till my mid 30's to finally find an amazing med provider that found a med that not only helps knock me out at night, but has few enough negative side effects that I'm willing to stay on it. It's not actually made for sleep at all. I think the med is made for seizures (which I don't have)...what the meds do for me is slow my brain WAY down so it's not racing all night.
I use to hate sleep...I would actively fight it. Now I love it and it's extremely important to me.

He needs to add "Get tested for a sleep disorder" to this list! I was recommended to do a sleep test by my holistic dentist after telling him about my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms, and we found out I have a sleep disorder!
