We are getting in a total body workout with this intense Low Impact HIIT! No jumping exercises makes this a perfect apartment friendly workout which is great if you workout from home. We are using dumbbells in today's HIIT workout to add intensity and resistance. Let's do this!!

Workout Breakdown
Warm Up
2 total body HIIT circuits 40s work + 20s rest x3 rounds each
Cool Down

Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I'm using a set of 10lbs and 5lbs) + exercise mat or other soft surface.

Your workouts are perfect for pcod/pcos people!...no high intensity moves or spike of stress hormones!....You feel so relaxed and yet worked out by the end of this!....loving it!🥺❤

Took a break from working out for July and August and started this Low Impact 6 week challenge and wow! My body is definitely feeling it but it’s a good felling. Hitting 60 next month and I’m not letting age get in my way 💪. Bring it!

Day 4 of the 6 week challenge and this workout really delivered! My knees just won't do a couple of the moves so I had to modify a bit but I still made it work for me. Great sweat sesh!!

I loved the different moves she did in this work out but it was a little too repetitive for me. I LOVE NO REPEAT workouts!! Hope she incorporates more of those soon. Thank you Heather for all your hard work! You ROCK! 🤘🏻🔥

Intense for sure! I love how we do 3 rounds it really works the muscle! Active cal around 230 highest HR 165.

Great workout! but I hate repetition! Get bored Easily. But I have to stay with the 6 week schedule. I’m happy you created lots of no repeaters. Yes the low impact is challenging but yet rewarding. Thank u

I loved this workout! The comments made me nervous, but contrary to many, I really enjoyed the x3 repeats. It made the session go by so fast!! Thank you for putting your heart into your work. I'm on day four of the six week challenge. Wish me luck!

What a great start of the week! Definitely a hard one, even a low impact. There are quite a few new combinations of moves (at least new for me), that seems ok when you do tnem once, twice but they are hard to perform the third time. Thank you Heather to challenge me once again, never boring with you and always sweaty!!! Enjoy this workout guys!
