Low impact + high intensity in this full body HIIT workout with weights. No jumping in today's low impact HIIT workout but we are adding some dumbbells for some added resistance. Time to burn fat and build lean muscle! Grab those weights and follow along! xox

Weights I'm using:
small set = 5lbs each
medium set = 10lbs each

LOVE your workouts! Do you think you could mention whether the workouts are intense, or moderate intensity? I think it will help so much (because some days I want a real burn and some days I want something efficient, but not too intense) 😁 love from India

Thank you!! I’m about 65 pounds overweight and five years post op sleeve.. I needed this because I’m so out of shape after letting thirty pounds creep back on. I'm just getting back to exercise (other than walking) after a hip replacement. This was so so perfect! I can't do high impact anymore but this got my heart rate up. Awesome!

This is the second low impact hiit workout i try from you and i'm so thankful! I have major ankle pain that doesn't let me jump right now so these low impact workouts allow me to still get a good cardio sweat on!
