Hello, is the second exercise done before/after/outside of the physical activity ?
In my case my popliteus hurts after long runs and my physio recommended to stretch it
Therefore, how could i best integrate your tip? Thanks in advance ! :)

Can’t wait to try this! I’ve had tightness there for as long as I can remember. It’s hard to even straighten it out completely standing up stretching. It actually hurts. Thanks for posting!

I have got something of an impact injury in the back of my knee which I feel more on the outer side at the top of my calf (slightly above it) the impact was from my body weight landing on my knees with my legs bent back . Can this also be popliteus ? I can’t quite pinpoint a relief for it and wonder if there’s a similar exercise to this one I can do ?
