Thank you for all the great content! I've been a follower for quite some time and I was wondering if you'd consider a video on joint hypermobility? I enjoy some high-intensity activities (climbing, skiing, running) and managing the chronic neuromuscular pain and joint instability has always been a challenge, even with a great team of therapists on my side.
