Have you or your clients ever experienced knee pain while squatting? The pain might be a signal that there’s an issue with your knees, of course, but for those of you who are more familiar with the pain neuromatrix, you know that the pain might actually be a result of a neurobiomechanical issue occurring elsewhere in the body.

In this video, we will show you a simple test to assess whether the knee pain could be due to a lack of coordination or control in the trunk and pelvis. It’s a super quick process, so you just need a couple of minutes to grab a band and give it a try!

Video Highlights:
- Understanding the role of trunk stability in knee pain
- Simple assessment protocol
- How to interpret your findings

I’m 15 and whenever I put pressure on my knee (squatting) to reach sth beneath me I would feel the pain in my knee and I have no history of doing squats (working out) or anything I Suddenly just got it it’s been 3-4 days now and I think it’s getting worse
