The first knee pain relief treatment is patella mobs or kneecap mobs. Since the patella is connected to the quad tendon and the patellar tendon, it’s important to keep it loose so it doesn’t put extra pressure on your knee joint.

The next two knee pain relief exercises are quad and hamstring sets. Isometric exercises are a great way to strengthen the muscles without irritating them. It’s also a great way to relax the muscles and prevent tightness and spasms.

my knee hurts when bending it and it happens every once in a while and goes away after like an hour but it’s worse and really hurts

OMG ! If I told you that I felt better from the first time I did these exercises would you believe me? WOW! I am a 57 yr old man suffereing with left knee pain. I have very muscular legs for my age. I sat on the floor and followed your video as you were going and afterwards I felt a HUGE difference right away instantly, WOW! Thank you so much, i injured my knee in a accident and I’m now wearing a mobilizer and crutches, I had completely forgot compression and heat together can calm down the aching and I now feel no pain. Thank u for doing what u do, doc.

i love riding bicycle
but one day ( months ago ) my right knee hurt me so much, i couldn't even walk on it.
i went to a doctor and he said it's a knee inflammation, he gave me Analgesic and Muscle corset, it started relieving but not 100%, and yet now it's hurting when i do some work or moving a lot, what should i do !
