Truth! I'm 48 years old and I started walking every other morning at 5am before work. O have noticed that on those days I am more focused and have better energy. I also started doing little "10 minute walks" on my breaks. I think it helps me refocus my brain and collect my thoughts. I'd like to start doing the walks every morning bu getting up at 0445 is a killer...lol. Keeping the great content Mike.

The simple art of walking is one of the best things one can do for the body.
It's extremely good for your health.
Take stairs more often also when possible. Really good for the leg muscles also.

Every time l walk or exercise first thing in the morning makes me want to take a nap after because it relaxes my body. I usually do it in the afternoon because of that.What l usually do is work on an empty stomach fasting. I have cold coffee in the morning, then don't eat until 6 PM low carb, then walk 60-80 minutes after dinner. I usually walk with my sister and we talk about everything. We call it therapy session. 😂

I fast 3-4 days a week OMAD Low carb 50 g. The rest of the week l have 2-3 meals a day and low carb 50 g, then walk daily.
