100% correct, I am a Registered Nurse and magnesium oxide is the supplement I have seen been prescribed and administered by me and other nurses. I appreciate your eye opening advice in your postings

I take Magnesium Glycinate in the morning to prevent Migraines and Magnesium Citrate after my Two Delicious Grass Fed Burgers in the evening for easy morning bowel movements.😁🤓

Forms of Magnesium

Chloride: detoxing, metabolism, kidney function

Citrate: not recommended, as it interferes with Ceruloplasmin & can cause iron dysregulation & health issues

Glycinate: relaxing, good absorption rate, leaky gut, nerve pain

Malate: energizing, fibromyalgia, muscle pain

Sulfate: small oral doses, best in bath

Taurate & orotate: cardiovascular health

Threonate: brain injuries, PTSD, depression, neuro conditions, anxiety
