FYI Magnesium citrate still has laxative effects it’s just not as strong as some of the other magnesium’s like magnesium oxide that can have stronger laxative effects for some people. But as always make sure to be checking with your doctor first before trying different supplements. Hope that clarifies things.

I take Optimum Magnesium because it has 8 different kinds of magnesium in a drink mix. Have been feeling really good since I started taking it. 🤓

Just discovered TauroMag last week
(Magnesium Acetyl-Taurate) it's supposed to cross the BBB similar to Mg threonine.

Mag Citrate and Potassium Citrate are Rx'd for me to help prevent kidney stone formation. Then I use a Mag spray for my feet to help w/ sleep which is working!

I found liposomal magnesium (at Costco) and it has stopped my leg cramps. It's the only thing that helped me with that problem.
