Thanks for that confirmation of what I've been using. My Dr. told me a few years ago that I could take Magnesium for occasional nighttime leg cramps, but he didn't tell me about different kinds. I took Magnesium Oxide for a few years because that was readily available. It seemed to help. About a year ago I read up on the subject more and switched to Magnesium Taurate. I had my first leg cramp in probably a year a couple of nights ago and it wasn't nearly as bad as in the past.
