Many plants and animal products are an excellent source of magnesium:

green leafy vegetables (spinach, collard greens, etc.)
legumes
nuts and seeds
whole grains
peanut butter
breakfast cereals
avocados
chicken breast
ground beef
broccoli
oatmeal
yogurt

Good afternoon. I been dealing with loss of taste since May. Then got mouth sore, tingling tongue. Was given prescription of course. So finally I decided a few days ago to take the magnesium. Wow. I felt the difference the next day. Still tingling no way severe as before. Thank God and for you Doc Mandel. Everyone enjoy the rest of the day!!
