Day 3 almost got away from me, but I did it before bedtime. 5 min is really manageable. I may trying setting an alarm to help me stay consistent.

Also—really love and appreciate how this video is edited!! It’s so clear what’s coming next and I love getting the explanation beforehand

Day 1: a real challenge! side planks are so tough for me at this point, hopefully two weeks of trying strengthens things up.

Wow, I do a number of different core exorcises individually or a few in a short period. That made a few of these less intense than others but stringing them all together like this even for the ones that I already did or were similar made everything burn and a struggle. Love it!

Though I found this late, it is the perfect addition to my workout (especially in swimsuit season)! Thank you! Do you have a 5 min workout for glut meds / max? As a Mom with a young daughter, time is scarce -- would love to strengthen my gluts to protect my IT band for running.
