STRUCTURED Shoulder Workout with Dumbbells | EPIC Endgame Day 16

A solid shoulder workout structured to hit all areas using dumbbells with some bodyweight exercises in there too! This is an intense workout but some fun movements along the way! Work through the pressing variations first before we will reduce the weight and target the laterals and rears more direct!

The timer will be on for 1 minute per exercise with 30 se seconds rest inbetween!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2x 8kg and 2x 4kg each!

100 REPS CORE & SHOULDERS!

50x PLANK TO DOLPHIN
50x PLANK SAW

Combining some bodyweight exercises within this workout really demonstrates the fact that bodyweight can be so challenging… particularly those pike push ups but it’s appreciated setting the dumbbells down though, even for afew minutes!

The finisher was tough as the shoulders are simply fatigued so go be sure to go at your own and as always, have fun and be proud!

Time flies by, it's already 4th week! I love doing shoulder/upper body workouts, especially arnold press, these workouts are my favourite ones, and the finisher is going to be exhausting! I find rear delt flyes hard to do at times. So excited, can't wait to hit shoulders in evening!

Awesome Week3! First wk back and I'm loving ENDGAME esp. the finishers. Raring to work on the Shoulders now as I always feel Amazing after. Let's DO this! 😆👊

It Burns 🔥! Shoulders were HOTT! Tough Staple as dumbbells felt heavier each time. Fun pushing through the Burn & Finisher (w/ few pauses). Solid workout! Also did the add-on Ab wo.

This one will definitely a killer, when caroline is using 4kg you know that's gonna be some sore shoulders...
I remember when in epic 3 she used 6kg in between I was dead...4kg feels more terrorizing

What a brilliant, intense shoulder workout...definitely a tough one today! I don’t have 4 kg weights so used 8 and 6 kg and doing those Driving a Car moves at the end was tough!! I loved the finisher and abs add on too! I just love the beautiful daffodils today! Spring is coming! Happy Monday everyone! Matthew

Loved that! I really appreciate Caroline offering just shoulder workouts. They are so crucial to me. I used 20s for all of the beginning presses. 10s for the raises. 15s for the remaining staples. Pike pushups were wobbly, but being a yoga I knocked out the 100 reps at the end. All stuff I'm training all the time - forearm plank to dolphin and forearm plank saws. I'm feeling pretty good about this one! And totally soothed.

I reduced the weight substantially - 5lbs and 10lbs - and still struggled to do all the reps. I'm having so much fun doing these workouts, and I've stuck with this longer than any workout program I've ever done. I like the mental/physical struggle combo. Thanks Caroline!

This one was challenging, struggled a lot to keep up with Caroline. I used 3 kg and 5 kg and sometimes, I stopped for a short break. I won’t be able to raise my arms tomorrow 😄, but it will be worth it! Thanks a lot Caroline! Have a wonderful workout and day all of you!
