SUPERior Shoulders Workout / Dumbbells | EPIC Heat - Day 2

This shoulder session will work your shoulders until failure throughout! Hitting the shoulders through compound and isolation movements, you will be super setting movements to extremely challenge yourself!

All you will need for this shoulder session is a pair of dumbbells. The dumbbells I am using throughout are 9kg.

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, straight into another 45 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest. We will repeat each superset 2 times in total!

These are long sets in regards times and presumably the reps performed so it is important that you pause when you need to.

Arnold press

Single arm push press
Single arm press

Hammer frontal raises
Alternating hammer frontal raises

Alternating lateral raise
Partials

Upper half raise
Diagonal press

Elbow @ 90° alt lateral raise
Drive the car

Rear delt fly
Rear delt row

Finisher is a full minute, switching exercise every 20 seconds!

This was a very challenging shoulder session! My shoulders were extremely fatigued due to the higher rep range and time under tension!

Maintain form and you’ll feel your shoulders have to work even harder!

This was definitely one of the most challenging shoulder sessions I’ve done and I knew it would be!

Can we all please appreciate how early on in the day these videos are released, always without fail?? Caroline gives us so much, she never let's us down, there's no annoying sponsorships or ads throughout the workouts AND IT'S ALL FREE!! 🤯🤯🤯 her programs are far better than any paid one out here in my opinion

This chic has the most amazing upper body strength. My husband bickered about following along with a women for an upper body routine and he insisted it be a waste of time being that we only has 15 lbs weights (she uses a set of 2 9kg weights for this video, which converts to 19lbs). He laughed at the idea of using LESS weight than Caroline and agreed cockily that he would “waste 40 minutes” working out with me. What ensued can only be described aa instant karma. He sweat, trembled, heaved, and hawed his way through the video- throwing out plenty of “Are you kidding me?” comments along the way. Caroline is for everyone. She works hard and you will too if you follow her. What a bad ass

Anyone that thinks they can only get good results going to the gym, has not yet found Caroline Girvan. I almost wasted $100 year joining Beach Body until I stumbled upon your Epic workouts. All I can say is thankyou for these free Epic workouts, the energy and positivity that you bring. Just stick with it and embrace the suck, coz if it was easy then everybody would be Fit.

I’m still in epic 2 but I had to peak. I am impressed. How does Caroline raise two kids, come up with an exercise plan for each day, workout, edit, come up with music, take care of her dog, reply to comments, and do it all the next day? I hope she has an amazing support system, sleeps, and YouTube pays her very well.

I made it through this incredibly difficult workout using mostly 8 lbs (but occasionally having to lower to 6 lbs). I simply cannot wrap my head around the fact that you, Caroline, used 20 lbs. throughout. You are a super-human goddess, with incredibly good taste in clothing I might add. Thanks for this one.

When you realize 9kg is not 9 lbs dumbbell but actually nearly 20lbs and you can’t even last 10lbs without crying!!
You’re a treasure Caroline and I almost don’t want other people to discover your amazing workout and keep it to us few but you’re a gift that must be spread to the world!!
