This is an easy to follow 35 minute POWER WALKING workout! This is great for my walkers out there. Great to do when you don't want to / can't go outside, but still want to get a lot of steps in! We add in arm movements and direction changes so you don't get bored! Just keep moving! These moves will help you gain strength in your lower body, improve coordination, and improve balance. It's also a weight bearing activity, so great for those battling Osteopenia or Osteoporosis. Do what you can and modify when needed. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years experience. ENJOY!

Great workout, thanks for continuing to put out new videos!!! I have been using your workouts since the start of Covid and even got my husband to do your workouts because he has back and neck issues. We feel safe using your videos because you are a physical therapist.

Although a 63 years advanced
Parkinson’s disease patient, I did your entire routine without any support for my serious balancing problems. My helper was so impressed she joined in too.

This has become my go-to workout when it is too cold or too rainy to be outside. At 70 years young, my daily goal is a minumum of 7000 steps. Generally it is over 8. Gotta keep moving! Thanks, Jenny, for the great routines!

I want to tell you how much I have enjoyed doing your exercise videos. I found you during COVID doing balance exercises. From there I discovered your other videos. Two of my favorites are your Line Dancing Videos, regular and Christmas. I am 81 years old and still working part time so my schedule varies daily. I appreciate you and the service you do with your free classes. I have recommended your exercise classes to the members of the Mature Active Adult Community that I chair at my synagogue. I don't know how many, have taken advantage of your wonderful classes. I hope some have. I want thank you and tell you how much I appreciate you. I did this Power Walking class for the first time today and it was wonderful.

Jenny, you never disappoint me. I will be doing this video 3 x next week along with your abbreviated hand weight workout. I view other people on YouTube but I feel at home here. Thank you for keeping the blub-ups in (losing balance while stretching quad muscles - makes me appreciate you even more. No one can strive for perfection daily but can try to be better the next time. I had a shingles shot yesterday so the arm circles we challenging today! Shucks I only got 4700 steps, I guess I better step things up next week. Thanks for the great workout.

That was a great walking video!! It got my heart rate up just enough!! I’m on oxygen so I use my little portable while working out with you everyday for at least an hour. I have to do the videos more than once or do 2 videos. Thanks for what you do.

Thank you, Jenny❤ You’re the best for active seniors! I tuck I when AZ fries in the mid-summer and occasionally in winter. Need to be outside in Nature as much as possible. You channel IS a great value. Will find myself there one day when I can’t get outside. 🙏

Good morning
I have been following you for a while. I had total knee replacement nine months ago. And you get me sweating whatever you do. I'm having stiffness in the affected knee, but I still do the whole class. And I feel so much better after the class. And when I don't do it I feel like I'm cheating 😮

You never disappoint Jenny, Ive been following you since lockdown. I find your workouts fun and I forget I'm working out they're so enjoyable. I have type 1 diabetes and a few old injuries, so they're perfect for me. Also find your workouts are great to help me keep my glucose levels in range, if I am unable to get out on my bike with are damp weather here in the UK Thanks again 🥰
