“Vegan protein” ingredients:
Pea protein
Sunflower oil (seed oil)
Xanthan gum
Artificial sweetener

Not only is this a subpar way to start off your day with no significant nutrients, but the amino acid profile of pea protein is not the same as meat, and is effectively absorbed about 2x less. 50g = 25g of real protein.

Get unflavored, unsweetened, 100% grass fed beef isolate, if you want. But, beef and eggs would be superior not only for nutrition, but also for your wallet.
