I qas reading thay the body can absorb about 30 to 40 grams a protein a sitting and anytime more goes straight to the kidneys but the numbers seem to vary a little some say 30 grams some say 40 or 50g. Good video by the way

Couldn't u just eat 2 pounds of chicken breast that's over 200 grams protein throw in a cup of lentils or quinoa for carbs n fiber or just steam veggies
