This week's Yoga Mini's sequence is designed to be the perfect transition from sleeping to performing at your best!💥
This is the first thing I do every day, wherever I am. I usually don’t even roll out my mat.
The benefits are wildly disproportional to the small amount of time and effort that it takes. Zero back pain, even when I am sitting a lot for work, going on long bicycle rides or travelling several days in a row, and a radical reduction in risk of injury, even when I’m beasting out in the gym 😝
1. Bridges (4-6 reps)
2. Windscreen Wipers (4-6 reps)
3. Dead Pigeon (3-5 breaths on each side)
4. Happy Baby (4-6 breaths)
5. Reclining Spinal Twist (4-6 breaths on each side)
