My goal is to do yoga every day for 75 days. I didn't sleep well last night and didn't feel like doing anything, but I thought "You can do anything for a few minutes, even if you're feeling lazy, just get on the mat" and then this was in my subscription notifications. I recently had a craniotomy, so doing extreme yoga is just not part of what I can do right now, so I spied this one in error me feel like at least I was doing something good for myself. I've often enjoyed yoga with bird.

I woke up this morning feeling burnout and tired from pushing myself and being hard on myself this week with my music endeavors . And I didnt wanna or feel like doing yoga so I I said okay i will push myself to do 5 minutes even tho i didnt even wanna get up or even do 1 minute of yoga i still was disciplined with my self care morning routine and i found this video and it was perfect exactly what i needed this morning thank u so much u are so in tune with what ur viewers need !!
