A lot of ppl are saying this is not HIIT but for some ppl it is. For people who are trying to lose weight and are pushing themselves, this might be more intense for them than some others. I’ve dropped 41 pounds doing HIIT workouts and This is by far my favorite because it works the core which is my main target. I’m trying to work on my shape but I’m not very light on my feet. So I don’t like the HIIT workouts that have a lot of jumping or are just all over the place if that makes sense. This was also very fun.

I that there was no repetition of sets. Prevents my back from spasming and triggering aches and pains in the rest of my 55 yr old body.

This is perfect for people who want to get cardio that's enjoyable and doesn't feel like working out while getting killer core toning and a pleasant experience. I love how you blend all elements of fitness into one 30-min workout. Ignore the haters who want it all HIIT or only dance- we need it all. Wonderful job.
